1.)What is a multinational corporation (MNCs)?
-Is a corporation or an enterprise that manages production or delivers services in more than one country.

2- Write a few lines about its characteristics?
-The principals characterisctics are:Not only are assets in their country orgirinal in other countries.Like their commercial activities such as sale, purchase and production in established countries.And they are able to expand production worldwide.

3- State the main 5 industrial MNCs and the country they are from.

-Coca-cola:is a multinational corporation headquartered in Atlanta (Georgia) devoted to food processing and beverages.

-Nike:is an American multinational clothing, footwear and other sporting goods founded in 1968 by Phil Knight and Bill Bowerman.

-Microsoft:is a U.S. multinational company.Dedicated to the computer industry, based in Redmond, Washington, USA.Microsoft develops, manufactures, licenses and produces software and electronic equipment.

-Adidas:is a multinational German sporting goods, whose headquarters are located in Herzogenaurach, Germany.

-General electric:Headquartered in Fairfield, USA, is a multinational infrastructure, financial services and highly diversified media. From energy, water, transportation and health to finance and information services, GE operates in more than 100 countries and has over 300,000 employees worldwide.

4.) Could ZARA be a multinational? And Citroën?. Write a brief report about them.

Zara:Zara is a Spanish fashion company founded by Amancio Ortega, Inditex Ganoa.Esta represented in Europe, America, Africa and Asia with a total of 1412 stores in 69 countries and 500 of them in Spain and is a multinational company.

Citroën: Citroen is a French company founded by a man named André Citroën in 1919. Is a company in well known for its

cutting edge technology and repeatedly revolutionized the automotive world. And it is a multinational company.
